Team Love operate Music and Culture festivals and events across Europe. They needed a way to manage Infrastructure Requests, Contractor and Crew Deals, and Contacts.

Sledge operates multiple companies in 3 different territories, with similar business processes, with some critical differences between them. By re-building a single data-centric solution for all 3 companies, we built not only a new software solution for them, but a managed development deployment process that allowed changes to be made across all three solutions at the same time.

Tolvern Accountants were using a mix of disparate spreadsheets and paper forms to manage hundreds of clients. After analysis of what areas of the business would benefit most from digitisation, we built an initial CRM and Billing platform, that eventually grew to include Employee Time Management, Client Return Scheduling, and Marketing Communications.

Over 100,000 members of the public descend on a Somerset farm every year. Transforming the site from working dairy farm to globally recognised Performing Arts festival requires tens of thousands of crew members, and the equipment required to build the site and keep everyone safe. We built a solution to manage Infrastructure Requirements, Site Issues, Vehicles, Plant Equipment and Drivers, Meal Tickets and more.
